Self-Defense

Goals: Learn to say "NO"

1. Situational Awareness: Here we will discuss the importance of being constantly situationally aware and to be vigilantly aware of your surroundings AND that SAYING "NO" JUST MIGHT SAVE YOUR LIFE
2. Human Anatomy: Crown of Skull, Temple, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Carotid Artery, Jugular Vein,  Neck and Trachea,  Axillary Artery, Wrist, Elbow, Groin, Femoral artery, Knees, Achilles, Ankle.
3. Tools and On-hand. Weapons: Mind, Voice, Keys, Cell Phone, Knives, Kuboton, Tactical Pen
4. Distancing: Creating distance and space with the techniques and information provided in a tactical and safe way.
5. RAT Striking: Intercept, Destroy, & Annihalte -Finger Strikes, Palm-heel Strikes, Headbutts, Elbows, & Knee Strikes, Using ANYTHING as weapons such as  your phone , keys, knife etc...

Note: It's mandatory that all of the students get a mouthpiece and groin protection.
