Monday:
YOGA
12pm- Yoga: Work up a sweat while still being mindful of your body and breath in this fast-paced yoga class. We'll work our way through several Sun Salutations and many poses that challenge balance, strength and flexibility to help target all angles of our bodies. You will truly be grateful to yourself for taking the time to enjoy this one of kind yoga experience.

Beginner Martial Arts- - Ages 6-12
5pm-6pm- Beginner Martial Arts Emphasis on Shotokan Karate & Grappling
FIGHT TEAM-
6:00-7:30pm- Fight Team - cross training in striking, grappling, submissions, strength and conditioning
Tuesday:
YOGA
9am Beginner Yoga - Truly for people who have never tried yoga & are just beginning. This entry level yoga class is designed to help you find increased flexibility, mobility, and strengthening of your core and body through connecting your breath allowing for the body to release rather than hold deep static stretches. You will truly be grateful to yourself for taking the time to enjoy this one of kind yoga experience.

4-4:55- Peaceful Warriors Youth Program ages 4-6 (Meditation, Yoga, Karate, Balance & Agility)
5pm-5:45pm- Ages 6 to 10 beginner and intermediate martial arts
5:45-6:30pm - Ages 6 to 10 Intermediate martial arts
6:30-8pm Ages 10 and up martial arts
Wednesday:
YOGA
12pm Yoga Infusion- This is for any level yogi from beginner to advanced. MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES
3pm-3:45pm- Mommy and Daddy's Little Ninjas- Toddlers Ages 2-4 get a one-of-a-kind interactive learning experience with one of their parents or grandparents. This class will feature obstacle courses, balance and agility games, meditation and yoga, some introduction to the martial arts. This class will only be offered for 8 classes.
4-4:55- Peaceful Warriors Youth Program ages 4-6 (Meditation, Yoga, Karate, Balance & Agility)

5pm-6pm Beginner Martial Arts ages 6 and up- Learn the basics to Shotokan Karate, Grappling, Kickboxing and Cat-Ching-D0 - while obtaining awareness, focus, courage, integrity, honor, self-confidence, self-discipline and so much more
