9am- Power Yoga: Work up a sweat while still being mindful of your body and breath in this fast-paced yoga class. We'll work our way through several Sun Salutations and many poses that challenge balance, strength and flexibility to help target all angles of our bodies. Each class begin s with a short meditation and ends with a guided svanasana. You will truly be grateful to yourself for taking the time to enjoy this one of kind yoga experience.

5:30-6:30- Cardio Kickboxing- this is a High Intensity Training Circuit guaranteed to burn calories, fat, increase metabolism to help you restore your energy levels.

Beginner Yoga & Meditation- Truly for people who have never tried yoga & are just beginning. This entry level yoga class is designed to help you find increased flexibility, mobility, and strengthening of your core and body through connecting your breath allowing for the body to release rather than hold deep static stretches. Each class begin s with a short meditation and ends with a guided svanasana. You will truly be grateful to yourself for taking the time to enjoy this one of kind yoga experience.

9am-10am - Restorative Yoga- Enjoy a Zen filled experience in this relaxing and spiritual class. We'll spend little time standing and lots more time in each pose. With an extended warm up and a hand on, meditative svanaasna, you'll be sure to feel less stressed and more at peace after this class
